MBA provide a full architectural service from inception to completion. This includes feasibility, design, construction detailing, tendering and directing building operations on site. Although we can and sometimes do provide a partial service, either through design and build, or by the involvement of a separate project manager, the majority of our work is directed by the practice through to completion. This ensures that the project team are directed by people who understand the site, the clients requirements, design strategy and method of construction; which have developed, sometimes over years, prior to the commencement of building operations on site. We advise on the selection of suitable consultants and contractors and coordinate and lead the design and construction team. The practice sets great store by efficient, concise communications and an auditable design trail. Each project is different, and we bring transferable skills to the unique circumstances of each project. Since 1991 we have worked in the following sectors:
