We look at the qualities of the existing building or site to find ways of enhancing value by carrying out carefully judged, transforming interventions. We have helped several property owning companies increase the value of existing office space, by altering, adapting existing stock in imaginative ways. In urban design schemes we have proposed carefully considered new office and work place buildings, often in highly controlled planning environments.
